Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Posters must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom posters are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning your poster.

  3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your poster arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@curioposter.com.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
