We want you to love your posters! If something isn’t right, we make shipping and returns simple and stress-free.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (US):

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Posters must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@curioposter.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning your poster.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original if needed.
